From the start, Angelica Gregory has been one of a kind. Born and raised in South America, she chose to take a non-traditional approach to her future. She was very athletic and excelled in volleyball. She was also an overachiever in academics. No one was surprised to learn that instead of studying typical courses like home economics, her love of all creatures great and small led her earn a degree in Animal Science. Simply put, Angelica has always been one to carve her own path in life.
After graduating from university, and work in her field of study for a while in a large company, she quickly realized she wouldn't be able to earn enough money to support herself in this industry. She knew she had to change career direction and chose to follow her two older brothers to the United States to seek more plentiful opportunities.
A Creative Path
Soon after arriving in the states, a friend introduced Angelica to a well known jeweler in Corona Del Mar, and Angelica blazed a new trail and began designing handmade sterling silver and semi-precious stones jewelry. She took painstaking effort to make sure everything she created was special and had a look all its own. She loved the work, enjoyed expressing her creativity through each piece, and her clients appreciated the skill with which she combined stones and pearls into wondrous one-of-a-kind works of art.
A New Passion
Though jewelry is still a passion for her, the newest passion for Angelica and her husband, is their son. She adores being a mother and finds raising him has been one of her most rewarding jobs. Her family is of utmost importance to her, and they like taking walks together in their neighborhood or traveling to new places and meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds.
